Your server backups: how they work with us
A backup every day, the two most recent kept, downloadable whenever you like. And what to do before a wipe or an update.

Every day, automatically. Your server is backed up once a day. The time is in your delivery email, and you can change it from your panel.
The two most recent. You have two backup slots: today's backup replaces the oldest. Download them from your panel to keep a copy at home.
Before a wipe, an update or a mod change. Start a backup yourself from your panel. If both slots are full, delete the oldest first: the panel refuses to create a third one and never overwrites anything silently.
Restoring. You can do it yourself from your panel: Backups tab, the backup's … menu, then Restore. To get back exactly to the backup's state, after a mod change for example, tick "Delete all files before restoring backup": anything added since is removed. The panel stops your server and restores it in a few minutes. Your server won't restart on its own: when it's done, click Start. Rather do it with us? Write to us.
