FAQ
Common questions
What does dedicated server mean here?
It’s the Enshrouded server that comes with the game, installed and started for you. Your plan’s RAM is reserved for your server. Running it at home is free: the guide, further down, compares both options.
Can I order an Enshrouded server?
Yes, online, by the month. Your server is ready as soon as your payment goes through.
How do my friends join my server?
They add it to their Steam favourites with its address, which you get by email, then enter the password you give them.
What are the passwords for?
Each password opens a group: Admin runs the server, Friend builds with you, Guest and Visitor come to play. You'll find them in your panel.
Is my world backed up?
Yes, automatically every day, and you download your backups from your panel.
Who is behind Easy Game Server?
A French company, registered with the Annecy trade register (RCS) under number 108 564 154. Write to us at support@easygameserver.com: everything is in the legal notice.
