What if I change my mind?
Cancel from your account, no need to write to us. You keep your server until the end of the period you paid for.
What if the server grows?
Request the next plan up from your account, and we'll move your world over with you. And if no plan is big enough any more, we'll work it out with you.
What if I already have a world?
We help you move it over, included: we copy your files, check the version and make sure everything starts before switching. Ask from your account or on Discord.

Common questions
Can I order online?
Yes: Co-op and Large factory are ordered online, by the month.
Can you migrate a save?
Yes. Import it from the in-game Server Manager, Manage Saves tab, or ask us to move it over — included. It must be compatible with the server version.
What about a huge factory?
We look at a bigger machine with you.
How many players on each plan?
Up to 4 players recommended on Co-op and up to 8 players recommended on Large factory. The game is optimised for 4 players: above that it runs, but your factory's size is what decides. If it grows, move up to Large factory, or write to us.

Pick your plan just above. A factory that's already very advanced? Send us your save before you pay and we'll tell you if Large factory is enough.
